I barely made it into work today. I went to Mirror last night with Tony, Lindsay, and Mark. It was great, it is a trendy little place on 12th ave S. We started with a wide selection of Tapas. I liked the brucetta the best, though the polenta fries were pretty great as well. We then moved on to the main course, I had the vegetable burger which sounded great on the menu, but was far from filling. The sandwich was very small and the chef had changed many of the ingredients from what was listed. It did come with some great little potato chips with truffle oil, which sort of burned when you ate them, and a salad. We then tried a little desert. I had the white chocolate soup. It was a deep fried dark chocolate truffle with liquid white chocolate poured over it. Incredibly rich, but very good. Mark ordered the Pots au Cremes. It was even richer than the truffle. Just a thick bowl of chocolate with a hint of mint. After that we had to sit for a while and let everything settle.
I did however miss the Flying Saucer pint night, I am a little upset. The glass said "we say pint glass" on the front and on the back "sumo says shot glass" and had a sumo picture with Kirin Ichiban written below it.

Wednesday again, but no Flying Saucer. I am headin out with Lindsay, Tony, and Mark, to Mirror on 12th ave. We are gonna mix it up for my last week working at Ensworth. Next Friday Lindsay and I leave for Ohio, so there may not be many posts for a while, cause we are heading to Rhode Island after that.
Just been hangin of late, gettin packed up and ready to move out. They fired the woman we used to work with at the real estate company. It is great, cause she could not manage her own life, much less several properties. So now we have a woman who seems to know what she is doing.
Well I will be back tomorrow, gotta skate for dinner.
